Returns
Return Policy
- You may return the item within 2 days of receipt.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
Return Authorization
- All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being sent back.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
- A 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Cancellations
Cooling Off Period
- We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period after an order has been placed. During this time, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Refunds

- Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Processing Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment, minus the 15% restocking fee.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

Resolution
- We will arrange for a replacement once the damaged figure has been returned at no additional cost to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the damage is found to be caused by the customer.

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. 2DRepaint Figures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
