Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At 2D Figure Painting, every figure is carefully hand-painted and inspected before dispatch. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Return Window
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Return authorization must be obtained from our customer support team before any item is sent back.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Custom & Hand-Painted Figures
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all custom, commissioned, personalised, or made-to-order figures are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Each figure is individually hand-painted and may contain minor variations in colour, shading, line work, finish, and artistic interpretation compared to photographs, videos, prototypes, or previous commissions. These variations are a normal part of the hand-painting process and do not constitute defects, faults, or grounds for a refund, return, replacement, or chargeback.
By placing an order for a custom or repainted figure, you acknowledge and accept these artistic variations.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellations
24-Hour Cooling-Off Period
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production work has not commenced.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@2dfigurepainting.com.
Requests received after the 24-hour cancellation period may not be eligible for cancellation, particularly where materials have been ordered, preparation work has begun, or production has been scheduled.
Refunds
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@2dfigurepainting.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the request
- Supporting photographs where applicable
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Processing Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Any approved refund will be reduced by:
- The 35% restocking fee
- Any applicable shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Damage
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photographs of the damage
Resolution
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement request if:
- The damage resulted from misuse, mishandling, modification, accidental damage, or improper storage after delivery.
- Insufficient evidence of transit damage is provided.
Deposit Payments
Deposits secure production time, materials, scheduling, and project allocation.
For this reason, all deposits are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.
By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that work, planning, sourcing, and scheduling may begin immediately. Deposits cannot be refunded due to changes of mind, personal circumstances, delays outside our control, or dissatisfaction with artistic preferences that were not previously agreed in writing.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
2D Figure Painting is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact 2D Figure Painting first to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks relating to delivered products, approved custom work, or accepted terms may be challenged with supporting evidence.

How Access Works

- Receive access details via email shortly after payment.

Digital Product Delivery

Lifetime Access
Lifetime access means access for as long as the course remains available on our learning platform.
